The Brockton & Main climate-controlled Class A facility consists of 650 units over 72,800 square feet. The project was an adaptive-reuse of an existing warehouse and is located right on Main Street in the literal heart of downtown Brockton. All roads lead into the center of the city allowing residents near the Westgate Mall, Ames Nowell State Park, Stonehill College, and surrounding neighborhoods to easily access the facility. The project was completed in 2019.
