The Portland & Broadway climate-controlled Class A facility consists of 512 units over 64,900 square feet. The project was an adaptive-reuse of an existing warehouse and is located right off of I-84, a few blocks from the I-205 interchange and just south of the Rose City Golf Course, north of Halsey Street at 71st Avenue and NE Broadway Street. Residents of Laurelhurst, Montavilla, Hollywood, Madison South, Roseway, or any of the surrounding communities can easily access the property. The project was completed in 2016.
