The Portland & Johnson Creek climate-controlled Class A facility consists of 741 units over 91,600 square feet. The project was an adaptive-reuse of an existing warehouse and will serve the residents of Mount Scott, Lake Road, Ardenwald, Moreland, Sellwood, and Woodstock neighborhoods. With great proximity to I-205 and Highway 99 (SE McLoughlin Blvd), storage space is easily accessed. The project was completed in 2018.
