The Hillsboro & Witch Hazel climate-controlled Class A facility consists of 445 units over 59,600 square feet with 50 boat/RV parking spaces. The project was an adaptive-reuse of an existing warehouse and is located off Highway 8 (Tualatin Valley Highway) near Brookwood Avenue and will serve the Meadow Oaks, Witch Hazel, Arbor Roses, and Aloha neighborhoods. The Hillsboro High School, Faith Bible High School, and Intel's Aloha Campus are also located nearby. The project was completed in 2017.
