Serving the NE Portland areas of Alameda, Piedmont, Beaumont - Wilshire, Maywood Park, and Alberta, with the Columbia Edgewater Golf Club, Riverside Golf Course, and Broadmoor Golf Course are all located nearby. The project was completed in 2017.
